With breathtaking views of the azure sea and the islands of St. Martin and St. Barths, it offers one of the most stunning panoramas in Anguilla. The estate boasts a variety of luxurious amenities, including an infinity freshwater pool and an outdoor jacuzzi that can accommodate up to eight people. For those who enjoy staying active, there is a Har-Tru clay tennis court, which is also lit for night play.  

Inside, the main house blends grandeur and intimacy with luxurious indoor and outdoor living areas. It features three lavish suites overlooking the pool, beach, and sea, each with AC, ceiling fans, king-sized beds, and private bathrooms. The master suite on the upper level offers expansive sunrise and sunset views from the bed or private balcony, and its bathroom features a separate vanity area, bidet, a large shower, and a soaking tub with ocean views.   

A separate pavilion adjacent to the main house offers high ceilings and inviting lounging areas. It includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and a study with the essentials for an office. This pavilion is perfect for dining, relaxed conversations, and entertaining. Nearby, a charming garden cottage provides additional accommodation with a queen-sized bed and private bathroom.  

The guest house, surrounded by a magical walled garden, combines elegance and comfort. Its spacious living room opens onto a balcony with sea views and includes a fully equipped kitchen and three luxurious suites. The air-conditioned master bedroom features a king-sized four-poster bed, while the upper floor has two additional air-conditioned bedrooms: one with a queen-sized bed and the other with twin beds. 

The estate also includes a fully air-conditioned fitness room with a TV, ensuring you can work out with a view.

No restaurants within walking distance.
Approx 7 minute drive to Shoal Bay with restaurants.
For excursions the boats would not pull up to the house due to the side of the island it’s on and its protection by reef, but it would be about a 10 minute drive to the beach where excursions depart from (concierge can assist with this).
