Overview

Palo Verde Estate is a southwest inspired desert gem, set on over an acre with a resort style pool, gazebo, putting green, and separate casita. The Palo Verde Estate will be your own private oasis with tranquil beauty and maximum privacy. With over 6000 sqft, this 5 bedroom home can comfortably sleep 12 guests, and is only 2 miles from Empire Polo Grounds, where the Coachella festival is located.

Outside, you have a beautifully landscaped, private acre with a resort style pool, complete with separate palm island, raised steps spa, and rock waterfall. Very few homes have a pool like this! 4 chaise lounges surround the pool, plus two benches and a cabana. The large lawn continues behind the pool, with citrus trees and plenty of palms lining the home. There is also a gazebo perched above the lawn, if you need a quiet place to watch the sunset or enjoy your morning coffee.

The spacious outdoor patio is the perfect spot for entertaining with ample seating, putting green, and fire pit. The built in BBQ has a mini fridge, barstools with view of the outdoor TV, and umbrella. The outdoor dining table is below the flatscreen TV, and has seating for 8. There are 4 club chairs near the 4 hole putting green, 2 space heaters, and a raised fire pit with 6 swivel chairs.

Indoors, you are greeted by a lovely formal living room with stone fireplace, sofas, and the outdoor water garden that lays behind walls of glass. The water garden is the perfect backdrop to the formal dining room, which seats 8 comfortably. Continue into the kitchen with all new Kitchen-Aid stainless steel appliances- double oven, microwave, large refrigerator, and dishwasher. The kitchen island has 2 barstools, and another sink. There is a breakfast table in the kitchen that seats 4. The media room features 4 theater recliners, plus flatscreen TV, access to the water garden, and shares a fireplace with the adjacent great room, with another TV, more seating, and a wet bar.

The Master Suite has a King bed, separate sitting area, flatscreen TV, fireplace, and separate his and hers en suite bathrooms. Each bathroom has a closet, separate soaking tub, tiled shower, and sink.

Suite 2 is the separate casita, and has 2 Queen beds, flatscreen TV, kitchenette, and private front entrance off the long driveway. The kitchenette has a dishwasher, fridge, sink, and microwave. The ensuite bathroom has a tiled shower, sink and toilet. Suite 3 has a King bed, fireplace, flatscreen TV, and ensuite bath with tiled shower. Suite 4 has a King bed, flatscreen TV, reach-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with hall access. Suite 5 has a Queen bed, flatscreen TV, reach-in closet, and can use the bathroom connected to Suite 4 from the hall, or there is another full bathroom off the media room with tiled shower, sink, and toilet.
