Overview

Located on a half acre, Villa Paradiso offers space and privacy with views all around. Resort amenities include a private pool with tanning shelf and spa, outdoor living room, kitchen and dining, and a firepit lounge. The peaceful front courtyard features a second dipping pool. The 5100 square foot interior has a gourmet kitchen with expansive island, great room, dining room, and 5 bedroom suites. It's the perfect place to enjoy all the desert has to offer!

The backyard is walled and gated for privacy, and has a huge saltwater pool in the center. It features a tanning shelf, waterfall, and integrated spa. In the serene front courtyard you'll find a second dipping pool that can double as an exercise pool. There is outdoor dining for 8 and a built-in gas BBQ grill in the covered dining pavilion. Amenities continue with a firepit lounge, covered outdoor living room, outdoor TV, and side yard dining table with seating for 4.

The open concept interior is bright and spacious with walls of windows looking out to the pool. The great room has comfortable seating, TV and a gas fireplace. The formal dining room has seating for 12 and the fully equipped kitchen has a massive island with 6 more seats.

The Primary suite has a King bed, TV, doors to the pool yard, and en-suite bath with double vanities, soaking tub and large shower.

Suite 2 has a King bed, private doors to the yard, and en suite bath with shower. Suite 3 has a King bed, and en suite bath with tub/shower combo. Suite 4 has a Queen bed and en suite bath with shower. Suite 5 has a Full size bunk bed (Full on top and bottom), Queen sofa bed, doors to the pool yard, and en suite bath with shower. There is also an additional half bath in the hall.

Located less than a mile to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella music festivals. The entrance to the festivals is 2 blocks down and 2 blocks over. Very close to the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and the shops along Highway 111. The El Paseo Shopping District is about 20 minutes away, and Interstate 10 is extremely close allowing you to head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos, Acrisure Arena, and other Coachella Valley destinations.
