This stunning home seamlessly blends contemporary furnishings with classic log home style, offering guests a warm and welcoming escape. Step into the great room and let the views speak for themselves. Cathedral ceilings, exposed timber beams and an impressive stone fireplace create a space that’s both grand and inviting.

The gourmet kitchen is well-equipped for preparing everything from hearty breakfasts before a day on the slopes to holiday dinners, with high-end appliances, ample prep space and spectacular views that turn cooking into a pleasure. For mealtimes, there’s ample dining space with a kitchen table for six and an 8-person table in the dining room.

Out on the expansive wraparound deck, sip pre-dinner cocktails around the fire pit and then dine alfresco at the 10-person table, all while soaking in the views, alpenglow, and fresh mountain air.

Downstairs, the entertainment continues in the game room, complete with a pool table, wet bar, and comfortable couches and big screen TV for movie nights. Just outside, the private hot tub beacons to sooth sore muscles after a day on the mountain.

When everyone is ready for a good night’s sleep, Timber Haven’s five bedrooms provide peaceful retreats, each with its own style and comfort. The spacious primary king suite is located on the main level and features deck access, a large walk-in closet, and a spa-style ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, glass shower and jetted tub.

The upper level is a dream space for kids and teens, with two twin-over-queen log bunk beds, a cozy lounge area with a couch and TV, desk and private bathroom with a shower.

Three bedrooms are on the lower level. There are two king bedrooms. One has an ensuite bathroom with double vanity and shower/tub combo. The ensuite bathroom in the second king has a shower. The fifth bedroom has two twin beds, a sitting area, and an ensuite bath with a shower.

Additional amenities include a Sonos sound system, laundry room on the lower level, and two-car garage with space for two more vehicles in the driveway.

Please note: The owner of this home has severe pet allergies. For health and safety reasons, no animals of any kind can be accommodated in this property. We kindly ask guests to respect the strict no-animal policy, as exceptions cannot be made.

Timber Haven offers a truly enviable location with unparalleled access to the mountain year-round. In winter, you ski right from the residence to the lift. The Village to Village Trail located just above the home connects Arrowhead, Bachelor Gulch, and Beaver Creek – perfect for snowshoeing in winter and hiking and biking in summer. It’s also an easy walk down to the Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch, and you can always catch the Village Connect shuttle back to the residence.

Walk out the back door right onto the beginner Bear Paw cat track and down to Lower Stirrup run and the Bachelor Gulch Express Lift. Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.
