Overview

All you need for a heavenly vacation is villa Petra, placed in the quiet village of Sumartin, in the southeast part of Brac island. The villa is made of the famous Brac stone and it's perfect blend of modern and traditional. Consisting of two identical parts incorporated into one property, Villa Petra can accommodate up to 12 guests in six double-bedded en-suite rooms.

The outside area’s focal point is a private swimming pool surrounded by dining garden furniture and a fireplace by each side. The ground floor of this villa consists of a sauna, gym a bathroom.

The first floor of each part of the villa consists of a modernly equipped kitchen, dining and living area while three bedrooms with three en-suite bathrooms are located on the second floor. One of the rooms has an exit to a grand terrace with beautiful sea views. Each room is air-conditioned with a large wardrobe, Wi-Fi and TV.
