Overview

Upon entering, and a few steps past the foyer, you’ll notice the expansive living/ dining/ kitchen area, furnished with contemporary furniture and high-end kitchen appliances. The kitchen features dual refrigerators and dishwashers to make preparing meals for large groups a breeze. The spacious living area features a large comfy sectional and an 86-inch mounted flat-screen television, and becomes the foundation of a memorable family night. A large dining table with lots of seating can be found to the right of the kitchen.

The ground floor gets plenty of natural light, thanks to the large glass panel sliding door, which is also your access to your very own private resort-style pool. 

Speaking of entertainment, head to either converted garage for a game of pool or to play one of the many arcade games; you'll have plenty to choose from.

When you're ready to call it a night, head to one of the 12 bedrooms, including two master suites with attached spa-like en-suites. There are numerous themed bedrooms with bunk beds, which the kids will surely enjoy.

Encore waterpark access is not available, as the HOA has many restrictions
This home will be stocked with a very limited starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
We have a strict no-party policy; the registered guest will need to be 25+, excessive use of the property/ extra cleaning required/ failure to follow checkout procedures/ breach of the rental agreement will result in steep additional charges.
Guests will have access to park 5 cars. If you’re planning on bringing more, please inquire first
