On the ground floor there is a large living room with living/dining area and kitchen, three bedrooms and four bathrooms, one of which is a guest bathroom. The first floor, also accessible from outside, includes a second living room with living/dining area, kitchen, sitting room with piano and a beautiful panoramic terrace. On the upper floor complete the sleeping area two further double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The villa is also equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Sonos home sound system, Sat-TV, two washing machines, two dryers and two dishwashers.
