Set in a quiet residential area, this villa features relaxing outdoor spaces and a beautiful salt water pool with whirlpool. It consists of two adjacent units and offers welcoming, well-proportioned interiors, which can comfortably accommodate up to twelve people. 

Stylishly furnished with a contemporary touch, each housing unit includes a living area with dining room and kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two further double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Each room comes with air conditioning and TV. 

The excellent location of the villa - just 2 km away from the sea and a few minutes' drive away from Syracuse historic centre - is also convenient for visiting Noto, Modica, Ragusa Ibla and the nature reserves of Pantalica and Vendicari.
