Timbuktu is a modern, contemporary villa with the most beautiful seafront. The entrance is through handsomely carved doors that lead into the main living area. A covered verandah and dining area lead out to the pool with numerous dining and sitting spaces. Fabulous modern bathrooms and bedrooms, all with private terraces or balconies with a sea view.

The lower-level lawn is home to the outside BBQ area, which gives another space to dine or relax. There is also space for outside yoga, looking over the sea.

Stairs lead you to the jetty where guests can snorkel and swim when the sea is calm. A popular dive site is located approximately 100 yards from the jetty and can be reached through shore diving or by boat.  The villa is fortunately situated between two fish sanctuaries and thus an ideal location for snorkeling or scuba diving. At certain times of the year, guests can see a turtle release nearby, part of an important marine sanctuary program and a delight for kids of all ages.  

Accommodations

Each bedroom features air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a flat-screen 50” TV with cable access and a sea view. En-suite bathrooms with robes, bathroom amenities & safes.

2 Queen-size beds with walk-in closet and French doors to pool lawn terrace. En-suite bathroom with double vanities, an indoor/outdoor rain shower, and a ceiling fan.

Bedroom 2 – Siam
King-size bed with walk-in closet and French doors to pool lawn terrace. En-suite bathroom with double vanities, an indoor/outdoor rain shower, and a ceiling fan.

Upper Level

Bedroom 3 – Zanzibar
2 Queen-size beds with a walk-in closet and French doors to a private balcony. En-suite bathroom with double vanities, a walk-in rain shower, and a soaking tub.

Bedroom 4 – Bombay

King-size bed with French doors to a private balcony. En-suite bathroom with double vanities, a walk-in rain shower, and a separate toilet.

Garden Cottage

Bedroom 5 – Djenne

Queen-size bed with French doors to lawn and terraces. Small en-suite toilet & basin with separate outdoor shower

Additional Information

The villa has five bedrooms. Maximum occupancy is 2 people per room. Additionally, the villa has a crib at no charge. Two rollaway beds are available for $50 per night each ($25 for children 12 and under).
