The elaborate home capitalizes on a prime location in the double gated, Fundadores community of Puerto Los Cabos, surrounding visitors with the unmatched beauty of the Sea of Cortez, along with the majestic backdrop of the Sierra de la Laguna Mountains. Up to 16 guests enjoy the upscale luxury of staying in this master-planned resort community, with access to a beach club, ocean views, and local concierge services. The six-bedroom, 6.5-bath home adds a sense of refined comfort, as guests choose between the many private luxuries and the many nearby amenities that further add to its appeal.

The home is noticeably sophisticated from the moment you pass through the columned stone fence line, welcomed by elaborate stone archways, towering palms, and lush native landscaping. The back of the home is equally adorned with subtle, yet cultivated inclusions. A heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi provide the perfect spot for admiring distant ocean views, with a swim-up wet bar on one end, sheltered by a thatched poolside palapa with built-in seating. At the opposite end of the spacious pool deck, you'll find a partially shaded gas grilling area, alongside another shaded area with an outside dining table for 12. The outside space continues with multiple poolside lounge chairs and multiple patios with their own seating areas off private bedrooms, many of which include suspended hammock chairs. A full-sized hammock, meanwhile, sways gently in the ocean breeze, suspended by twin palms.

Just steps from the outside dining table, a massive glass door opens to an interior living space, where a towering, beamed ceiling accommodates dramatic windows and an ocean-hued accent wall. Another massive dining table for 12 sits in this space, along with living room furnishings, one of the home's many flatscreen televisions with Netflix, and an almost monumental stone fireplace, which stretches the full height of the room. The gourmet kitchen adds a curved island with counter seating, rich wood cabinetry, and professional appliances. Each of the home's six bedrooms includes its own spa-like bath, plus many include the added comfort of a king bed. The primary bedroom tacks on an extremely private terrace that almost feels like an extension of living space, while some of the other bedrooms feature their own wet bar for your morning coffee.

The home additionally includes a second TV room with an L-shaped couch, as well as an office with two computer desks and high-speed internet service. Other additions include a home stereo system, a water purification system, a full laundry room, and a small exercise room with weights and cardio equipment. The home even provides an outside shower.
