By special arrangement Villa Verano has been made available to select qualified groups.
The estate has its own 30,000 gallon reservoir and purification system.
For Larger Parties, rent along with Villa Verano Beach House
Four dining venues (Main dining room, dining terrace, pool bar, The Family Table)
Not recommended for children under 8 years old.
Check-in time is after 3 pm, check-out time is prior to 11 am.

Tax Service Charge Details * Please add 19% tax to all rates. There are a total of 22 bedrooms between Villa Verano the Beach House and the Beach Villas. Our normal policy is 2 people per bedroom. When renting the Beach Villas in conjunction with Villa Verano, the nightly rate at the Beach Villas will be the same as Villa Verano (excluding The Beach House).

Security Deposit Details $1,000

Minimum Stay Details 4 night minimum stay on all non-holiday dates. 7 night minimum stay on holiday dates.

Accidental Damage Waiver A $199 Accidental Damage Waiver applies to every reservation.
