Nestled atop the tropical hillside of Riviera Nayarit, Private Home 01 is designed across a pair of two-story buildings, offering the flexibility to book it as a four-bedroom home or eight-bedroom retreat.

Each standalone space features four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and expansive indoor and outdoor living spaces. Lush gardens, sun-dappled decks, infinity pools, firepits, and jacuzzis provide an abundance of space for entertaining and unwinding, complemented by a chef’s kitchen, wine cellar, and barbecue. Relax in the cinema and games room, and reboot your fitness with a state-of-the-art gym and sports pool.

Dining~

Alma: Dine in the warm open air at Alma, with relaxed music playing, sampling a refreshing array of Mediterranean-influenced flavors. Enjoy a cool drink poolside, selecting from natural wines, local spirits, and creative cocktails, inspired by Greek myths.

Open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  The dress code is relaxed during the day and elegant resort attire for the evening. 

Carao: Suspended on the cliffside with stunning views, Carao will take you on a sensorial culinary journey. Contemporary cuisine, curated by celebrity chef Enrique Olvera, showcases traditional Mexican flavors reinvented with a daring personality that celebrates years of travel and experience.

Jetty Beach Club: On the edge of warm swimmable waters, enjoy delicious casual dining at Jetty Beach Club’s airy tables, sunloungers, and cabanas. Indulge in a generous plate of oysters, sample the local catch of the day, from snapper to amberjack, or tuck into signature tacos bursting with soft-shell crab and avocado mousse.

The Treetop: As the day draws to a close, The Treetop is the perfect spot to capture Mandarina’s mesmerizing sunsets. Sample curated cocktails and spirits made purely from sustainable ingredients, and natural wines. Admire breathtaking views while sharing light snacks such as octopus with fried tamales, beef empanadas, and ‘basket’ tacos with beans, jackfruit mole, and green sauce.

Adults-only. Open daily from 5 pm to 11 pm.  The dress code elegant is resort attire.

Children’s Club~

KidsOnly:  Inspiring adventures designed to unplug from everyday modern life where the wonders of nature are brought to life – from wildlife bingo to exploring the butterfly farm.

Explore amidst the trees in a 42,000-square-foot playground like no other, designed by award-winning art director Brigitte Broch for children aged 4-12. With 50 species of trees and colorful butterflies, there is an otherworldly sense of adventure that inspires the imagination to run wild. Children feel like mini explorers, unearthing ancient artifacts and learning about local wildlife at the insectary and butterfly farm.

Experiences~

Whale Watching: Every year, hundreds of humpback whales end their long migration and enter the Bay of Banderas. It is here where calves come into the world and males compete for females. Watch these 50-ton mammals jump and play, spout water, and listen to their evocative songs under the sea. This experience is at its best from December until March. 

Polo & Equestrian Club: An inspiring hive of activity, with horse-back adventures for all ages.  A hive of activity, Mandarina Polo & Equestrian Club promises adventure and fun. Novices and experienced riders can enjoy horseback lessons, jungle-to-ocean trail rides, and polo classes – or just watch a dramatic polo game. Our resident experts will guide you through One&Only Mandarina’s incredible experiences, embracing nature and the sea. 

Whether you’re a novice, champion, or spectator, this world-class facility will draw you in, with dazzling international events, horseback lessons for the whole family, trail riding, and polo lessons that make you feel rooted in Mexico. 

Taste of Mexico: Go on a voyage to the incredible area of Tequila in Jalisco, stopping at Compostela and Plan de Barrancas towns along the way. Arrive at huge fields of enchanting blue-green agave, where this famed drink shares its story and secrets. Take in epic views of Casa Sauza and Casa Cuervo, learn about the tequila-making process as you tour La Rojeña Distillery, visit Cava de Reserva de la Familia, and enjoy an educational tasting with Maestro Dobel. You'll also have the chance to blend your own tequila and savor a gourmet taste over lunch.
