The property is composed of a main villa with four bedrooms and a guest house provides the fifth bedroom. The harbor and Puerto Andratx are within walking distance – there are also seaviews from the property towards the harbor. The living areas are spacious, in neutral tones with splashes of color, with careful attention to detail throughout.
All modern conveniences are present: air conditioning, Sonos music system (with indoor and outdoor speakers), satellite TV, and internet access.
There is a six person Jacuzzi with sea view on the first floor balcony, while on the grounds there is a 10 m x 5 m swimming pool (heatable on request), several terraces and dining areas and a mature garden with lawn space. Look forward to long summer days with the barbecue in action while the children enjoy the pool, before relaxing with your favorite cocktail with the sunset for company.
