The architecture of this property with high-end materials is spacious, arranged on three levels to allow guests to fully enjoy Villa Lital: children play in the heated pool, adults share a cocktail around the bar while watching the chef, some enjoy table games in a separate calm lounge and the teenagers are watching a movie in the air-conditioned TV room.

The seven bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms are distributed over three floors with terraces, to offer a high level of luxury and complete comfort. The master bedroom is in its own pavilion behind the living rooms, with an outside shower and a small private terrace. The other bedrooms are in the main building and have access via a staircase that descends from the living room. On the intermediate level are two bedrooms. On the ground floor, there are four smaller bedrooms, each with twin beds.
