The elegant and bright master suite boasts a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and stunning sea views. The two additional bedrooms, both with king-size beds as well, share a modern bathroom. One of them opens directly to the outside, offering early risers the privilege of waking up to the sunrise over the bay.

The fully equipped modern kitchen is a true gathering space: a large central island, top-of-the-line appliances, and an open layout connected to the living room create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The wide glass doors bathe the space in light and provide panoramic ocean views from every corner.

Finally, for those who enjoy gentle adventure, a private dock gives you direct access to the sea. Hop into the provided kayak and, after just ten minutes of paddling, arrive at the stunning Pinel Island – a pristine gem of Saint Martin.
