Overview

The home takes your breath away from the moment you arrive at the front gate. The long, graveled driveway is lined with large, age old Caribbean mahogany trees that canopy over your vehicle as you approach the villa’s entry pavilion.

Throughout the home, careful detail and consideration has been put into each space taking into account luxury, comfort and the enhancement of the natural surroundings.

The Seafire is styled as a modern, but transitional home that extenuates its already privileged surroundings with distinct textures and flair. The property contrasts beautifully with the turquoise ocean and white sandy beaches that make Turks and Caicos so special.

The home has a dedicated full staff complete with a chef, butler and housekeeper to cater to your every whim throughout the day and night. Staff operate out of a separate chef’s kitchen and staff space, allowing you and your guests privacy throughout your stay while the staff work behind the scene.

A residential elevator between the three floors also perfectly facilitates senior and mobility impaired guests of the villa.

The Bedrooms

3x Third Level Principal (Master) Suites:

Each of the three principal suites has a king size bed, 3rd level frontal views of the pool deck, beach and ocean. There is a large 5′ cumaru wood balcony. Two of the three principal suites have outdoor showers. Each suite with blackout drapery, a large 55″ flat screen TV and large ensuite bathroom. Each suite has its own thermostat for AC control.

1x Main Level Principal (Master) Suite:

Equipped with a king size bed, main level frontal views of the pool deck, beach and ocean. There is also blackout drapery, a large 55″ flat screen TV and large ensuite bathroom. The suite has its own thermostat for AC control.

1x Main Level Ocean View Suite:

Equipped with a queen size bed, ocean views of the pool deck, beach and ocean via a private walk out door to the pool deck. There is also blackout drapery, a large 55″ flat screen TV and large ensuite bathroom. The suite has its own thermostat for AC control.

1x Main Level Courtyard View Suite:

Equipped with two queen size beds, courtyard views of the lush gardens below and villa’s 1/2 basketball court. There is also b lackout drapery, a large 55″ flat screen TV and large ensuite bathroom with stand alone tub. The suite has its own thermostat for AC control.

2x Ground Level Garden Suites:

Equipped with a king size bed, views of the gardens via a private walk out door to a beach path. There is blackout drapery, a large 55″ flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom. The suite has its own thermostat for AC control.
