The gorgeous Sunset Bay Villa is a newly built villa that epitomizes blissful and luxurious vacationing by the canal. Offering a peaceful ambiance and just about every amenity you can dream of, our luxurious villa in Leeward set the scene for a magical getaway in the Turks and Caicos Islands.  

With accommodations for 16 people, beach access less than 10 minutes away and an incredible amount of luxurious indoor/outdoor spaces, Sunset Bay villa is perfect for a family vacation, golf trip with friends, corporate retreat, or just a quick getaway to the beautiful Turks and Caicos. There are five bedrooms in the main house with en suite bathrooms at Sunset Bay villa and three bedrooms in the guest house with two bathrooms. Our incredible lounge areas are designed with unique space for the whole group in mind, and there are several well-crafted little nooks to easily find privacy when desired.

Contemporary features like an iHome docking station, cable television, and Wi-Fi will keep you comfortable during your stay, while a gourmet kitchen completes the open-concept space and is divided from the living room by a breakfast bar. The interiors are decorated with an elegant naturalism, including louvered mahogany doors, evoking the sophisticated naturalism of the Leeward coast line. The Sunset Bay villa has easy access to the canal for swimming, paddle boards and kayaks.  In addition, the villa also includes hotel quality housekeeping services and an onsite Villa Manager to meet your expectation while vacationing in the beautiful Turks and Caicos Islands. Butler and private chef service can be arranged as needed.
